Crew accounts are 100% free — keep your profile updated, review certifications, answer companies that contact you and track who has viewed your CV in real time. Company accounts manage subscriptions, saved crew shortlists, active job listings and service requests from a single dashboard with full billing history and Stripe self-service.

Security is a first-class citizen: all authentication runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing and never shared with third parties. Sessions expire automatically after inactivity. You can revoke access on any device from the settings panel, download a full copy of your data at any time, or permanently delete your account — we honour GDPR and CCPA rights in every jurisdiction we operate in.
