How the subscription works
After choosing a plan, activation is instant through Stripe Checkout, and monthly or annual billing is handled automatically. There is no mandatory commitment: cancellation takes one click from the dashboard and access remains until the end of the period already paid.
Accounts on the annual cycle receive two months free and a visible badge in the directory. Higher tiers include priority support, a larger number of simultaneous listings and featured positioning in searches segmented by port, position or specialty.
Frequently asked questions
- Is any commission charged for hiring?
- No. The platform never charges a percentage when crew or providers are hired. The whole cost is the fixed monthly or annual fee.
- Can the plan be changed later?
- Yes. Switching between Basic and Premium applies instantly and Stripe prorates the remaining amount of the current cycle.
- What happens to my listings if I cancel?
- Active listings stay visible until the end of the billed period. They are then archived and can be reactivated at any time by renewing the subscription.
