Nicolina Fredriksson

A driven, energetic, and positive individual bringing multiple transferable skills to a Deckhand position. Combining a lifelong boating background with technical competence from aviation, practical maintenance skills, and international hospitality experience across Sweden, France, and Australia, complemented by 16 months of solo world travel. Together, these experiences have taught me to adapt to dynamic environments, co-live in small spaces, network globally and work irregular hours within strict hierarchies. I know how to operate independently, keep cool when navigating complex decisions in foreign environments, and stay resilient. This journey has both humbled and strengthened me. I am curious, motivated, and ready to be humbled by the yachting industry.
