Juan Antonio Rodríguez

Motivated and hardworking junior deckhand with experience operating 7m RIBs, assisting with boat handling, guest operations, cleaning, maintenance and general deck duties. I also have a background working in the diving industry, which helped me develop strong awareness of safety, responsibility at sea and teamwork in fast-paced environments. I learn quickly, adapt easily and enjoy working as part of a crew. I am physically fit, reliable and comfortable working long hours outdoors. My strengths are positive attitude, discipline, attention to detail and willingness to improve every day. I am especially interested in gaining more experience in yachting, deck operations and seamanship. Currently looking for seasonal or long-term opportunities as a deckhand, chase boat driver or support crew in Mallorca and the Mediterranean. Open to daywork, charter or private yachts.
